... A year now into the sad and hard hit Earthquake to Myanmar - Sagaing, Mandalay, Amarapura, Tha Da Oo, Plate, NPT , Taunggyi - Inle Lake -- we all remember the 28.3.2025 -=- 12:30 pm when the buildings were shaking - the bad and illegal constructions - Office Buildings in NPT and Mandalay collapsed .
To this day - today we are thanks to the great Donor of Myanmar Chefs Association - many chefs and friends volunteered for many days and weeks even months - sleep in Dormitory and simple meals on the way in nature. Global Friends of Myanmar and many German Dr Teams which volunteer operated and treated thousands of patients free of charge from 1997 to 1.2.2021 all chipped in. Also when the world has hot spots in many other corners ...
Thanks also to the World Chefs Association and the World Chefs Without Borders - Members Associations for the valuable long standing support . Where we were able to cook hot healthy meals to over 70.000 people at the epicenter areas - and arranged over 100 ton of humanitarian aid goods from food , shelter , medical items, education , clothing direct " People to People - Chefs into People's hands ".

So also much medical items we were able to bring to the earthquake areas - next to a 2,5 Air Freight load , Tax and Custom Free, as well legal permits for first 3 and then 1 big Sea Container of Aid for Children of the Earthquake we were able to manage and achieve all in NO time and with much Trust at all sides as the MCA Myanmar Chefs Association - In The White Jackets - No Color " sand for fair - free - Best Code of Good Conduct " since over 30 years now in Myanmar 1995 / 96 - 2026.
Here we were able again to bring over 60 kg much needed Medical Items direct to the people in need at times with global challenges, cargo - transportation challenges and highest cost for the people when at same time the economy is top down , no jobs - zero income .
