Smiles from Food - Zero Tears from Hunger in Myanmar

,................Food Security is Equal to Good Health, physically especially for children and elderly people,
also for pregnant and lactating mothers to ensure best growth and all over development of newborn and babies....
-- So Food Security is also very much important for the " Psychological Health " of all people to stay free from fear of hunger.
Freedom from fear of hunger by a mother for her newborn and all children.
For 12 months we are thanks to all your great support , trust and generosity to the people of Myanmar over the past 12 months since the deadly earthquake struck,- the nature made disaster topped the 5 years man made disaster for the normal civilians, children, elder people of Myanmar . People which we did not know before the 4.4.2025 when we started the very first Trucks and big Chefs teams moved into the hardest hit earthquake areas - cooking , distributing food, clothes, shelter tents and over 10 miles of roofing material .
All Thanks to your wonderful support instantly - sharing - caring with the people of Myanmar .... Thank YOU all for the great support directly at the disaster front with the chefs, as admin or store and facilities as well logistics , trucks provided from Yangon and in Mandalay. All the volunteers have many hands ...
Here we all together established a " Human Bond of Love and Friendship " or as it was often said in Myanmar 10 and 20 years ago " In Buddhist Loving Kindness " - many of you adopted to this gentle and " People Care - People Share - Peoples Health - People's Daily Meal ",,.... many of you found this one of the essence of the Hospitality of the " normal " Myanmar people by tradition.
We were back some weeks ago to some of the most poor people , zero income - land less and in shags at Amarapura the people we met last year , most which had work at the Amaraopura famous
weaving factories -- so for us they were from the beginning and are until now " The Weaving People "...
Since this year we were able with your support to include some Food Security for them whenever we came back to the Earthquake 2025 region and we could share dry and fresh food. So over this year we also know - who would need a reading glass - who has diabetes, high blood pressure or other health issues and we always can arrange free medication for several weeks.
Having the burden of the daily medical drugs ( now verify high price in Myanmar and often not available due to the daily issues ) so here the little people have can be used for the food - children and partly for the school and clothings ..
Many new Roofing Sheets we were able to provide --- maybe in a few weeks again as the Monsoon is near ... we will see in a view weeks we are back at Amarapura - hoping that the " general issues " let us be able to go there again and help ..
The nice surprise was some weeks ago the new born babies there -- all in the wake of the post Earthquake weeks --- " Live & Love " goes on--- Beautiful new Babies and strong and coragious mothers.
Where most days within the bamboo - plastic shags the mothers do not know if there is food on the children's plates the next morning...
The United Nation and World Food Program worry that near 3 million people in Myanmar will have soon and many already no more food at their tables .
