About Us

Founded in 1996 by three expatriates in Yangon, the MCA has grown into a large association with members from around the globe and is fully incorporated into the WACS (World Association of Chef Societies since the year 1998 at WACS Japan Congress.

Engaging in various culinary activities around South East Asia, promoting and focusing on bringing the true „Myanmar Flavor“ to the world as well as supporting various aid projects, the MCA is a truly global culinary player.

2012 International Myanmar Chefs Association formed to reach all Myanmar Chefs ( IMCA )

2014 Young Myanmar Chefs formed ( YMCA )

2015 Pastry Alliance Myanmar formed ( MPCA )
