Myanmar Chefs Associations – MCA Professional Chefs won the prestigious ” Best of all Culinary Team Award 2019 “ as team at Food Hotel Thailand in Bangkok , Thailand International Culinary Cup ….

MCA Professional Chefs followed the invitation of Myanmar Chefs Association with three professional Chefs and won 7 Top Medals & the Super Culinary Cup the Best of all Culinary Team award 2019.

Chef Romeo Thu, Executive Chef Parkroyal Hotel Nay Pyi Taw, Rizwan Fazuldeen, Executive Pastry Chef Hilton Hotel Nay Pyi Taw and Sous Chef Aung Myo Swe of Parkroyal Hotel Nay Pyi Taw set a new standard in culinary art for Myanmar winning each chef 2 medals 5 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze medal and the top Award as best Culinary team in one of the best culinary competition in the South East Asia region. Chef Rizwan won an additional Gold Medal award for his fantastic Sugar Art performance at team and individual competition which was judged by Chef Buddy Trinidad a World Cup winner in Pastry and French Chef Stefanne. Gold medals were also won in individual pastry art, in seafood individual a silver and in Duck individual the bronze medal.

The Myanmar team was assisted by Myanmar Young Chefs Hein Thu and Ma May both working in Bangkok at high level and Michelin star restaurants. Oliver E Soe Thet, lead the MCA team to Bangkok .

Teams and Chefs from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, India and Sri Lanka competed with the Myanmar Professional MCA Chefs Team .which saw Myanmar professional chefs yesterday 7.9.2019 not only taking with three Chefs 7 Medals , also the top Award/ The first time ever and the most successful Myanmar Chefs Team.

The cooperation of the Hotel Managers of Hilton Hotel , Park Royal and Laguna Lodge Eco hotel made the great success also possible through 100 % support and trust in the team so a special transport and many MCA chefs waited at Yangon airport for the Winner team arrival and transfer to Nay Pyi Taw.
