1th Rakhine Culinary Art Competition & Educational Food Show

Ngapali ( Thandwe ) 15. & 16. May 2019 at Old Town Hall – Thandwe Market supported by Union Ministry of Hotels & Tourism

Competition Category , Junior & Senior Chefs

Junior Chefs must not be older than 25 years old (by the date of event )

RCAC 2019 is Judged,- ZERO Food Waste, ZERO single used Plastic

Judges will record each participants Food Waste specially Protein ( Meat – Seafood )

Judges will record where single use plastic is used over used, where avoidable

Judges will honor Participants with best Zero Food Waste & Reduced Plastic Management

Every winning Chef will get an award medal achieved by World Chefs 100 points system ( Gold, Silver, Bronze & Certificate )

The Chief Judge commends are final. World Chefs 70 to 79 bronze, 80 to 89 Silver, 90 to 99 Gold, 100 Gold with Distinction…
