Training s all over Myanmar for MCAC 2019
Chef Kyaw Moe Khaing – Culinary Training Mandalay, MCA Myanmar
As a private initiative Chef Kyaw Moe Khaing started Culinary trainings for young Myanmar in Mandalay. Much needed carrier opportunities for young Myanmar with good teachers in theory and practice as the Myanmar and specially Mandalay s Culinary & Hospitality Industry is fast growing and as in Mandalay very quick changing to many upgraded restaurants with guests there having the spending power for good food items best prepared. Well known as Chef from Mandalay which had joined many international culinary competitions and events in the Asia region as well with much working experience in Thailand and here Thai Cuisine – Traditional as well Modern Thai Cuisine . Since several years Chef Kyaw how he names himself often, he is back in Myanmar with all the experience he learnt in Thailand at both International cuisine and presentations, as well also a well trained Thai Cuisine Chef.
Chef Aung Kyaw Moe said:”…. the purpose of food training to Mandalay Young Chefs and their future develop, Myanmar Cuisine and Myanmar food products knowledge is important for young Myanmar chefs to understand and cook well and as traditional Myanmar Cuisine is with all its characters and differences between regions, ethnics and religions…… ”
Chef Aung Kyaw Moe is leading the Chefs City Culinary of Mandalay which is under the umbrella of MCA and MCA Mandalay Region. “…. for young Myanmar Chef it is important to understand also the MCA History from 1995 / 96 when joining Myanmar Chefs Association and being than at same time a member of World Chefs ( 110 countries, 10 million members globally and founded in 1928 at Paris with the ILO, than Chefs of Chefs – Augusto Escoffier as honorable President ). MCA from a small group of Myanmar and Foreign chefs founding at The Grill Room of the famous Strand Hotel through many years of education and vocational trainings to the 2016 top Gold Medal Award at the World s Culinary Olympics in Germany by the Myanmar Chefs Team….
Today next to cooking modern, international and traditional cuisine, Chefs have much more obligations to care & share, give back to Community as CSR ” Chefs Social Responsibility “:

MCAC 5. to 7. June 2019 – at Yangon s Thaketa – Myanmar EXPO NEW Hall.
MCA pay s for each chef from all over Myanmar the Highway Bus / Train Tickets round trip,- with accommodation MCA try to support, arrange or help as much as possible.
