Junior Chefs must not be older than 25 years old (by the date of event )

MCAC 2019 is Judged,- ZERO Food Waste, ZERO single used Plastic

Judges will record each participants Food Waste specially Protein ( Meat – Seafood )

Judges will record where single use plastic is used over used, where avoidable

Judges will honor Participants with best Zero Food Waste & Reduced Plastic Management 

GROUP 1: PASTRY DISPLAY & LIVE

CLASS 01               : DRESS THE CAKE – THEME “” Equality in Myanmar “”: “LIVE SHOW” – INDIVIDUAL (2 HOURS)

CLASS 02/A           :  MODERN STYLISH WEDDING CAKE: “DISPLAY” INDIVIDUAL (1 HOURS)

CLASS 02/B           :  BREAD or Chocolate SHOW PIECE: “DISPLAY”   INDIVIDUAL(1 HOURS)

CLASS 03/A           :  DESSERTS PLATED DISPLAY:INDIVIDUAL (10 MINTUES)

CLASS 03/B           :  PLATED MYANMAR AUTHENTIC DESSERTS COLD DISPLAYINDIVIDUAL (10 MINUTES)     

CLASS 03/C           :  FONTERRA PASTRY CHALLENGE 2019: “LIVE SHOW” TEAM OF 2 (3 HOUR)

GROUP 2: ARTISTIC “LIVE SHOW” OR PRACTICAL

CLASS 06/P           : SAN REMOPASTA CULINARY PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGE: INDIVIDUAL – (45 minutes) LIVE

CLASS 07/J-P        : Special Feature Class,- Info later updates

CLASS 08/J            : TABASCO Myanmar SEAFOOD JUNIOR CHALLENGE : INDIVIDUAL – (1 HOUR) LIVE

CLASS 08/P           : TABASCO Myanmar SEAFOOD PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGE : INDIVIDUAL –- (1 HOUR ) LIVE

CLASS 09/J-P         : The Original Black Box Culinary CHALLENGE ( 2 chef & team leader ), 1,5 hours as catering, 5.6.

Box opening – 7.5.2019 compete & at own Table & Deco serving by staff.

1 hour set up than serving 7 portion – creative served. Special Rules will be provided at
