U Than

Lwin – Mr Robin since 1995 /6 active for MCA passed away on
6.8.2018

Keep talking today for a better understanding –
if we start only
tomorrow,—

than it takes a day longer = a day shorter we all have
together…

So I would love
you all Myanmar Chefs , Chefs from Myanmar and Chefs in Myanmar stop for a
moment take a minute to remember U Than Lwin and reflect how short time we maybe
all have together,- every minute of miss, – understanding is a real loss of
live,- time and quality.

I like you
all take a minute to remember the spirit of U Than Lwin Mr Robin, Co Founder of
Myanmar Chefs Association
and bridge in 1996 between MCA chefs and the Government in all issues
and all questions. Restless he served near 50 years for the Culinary Industry,
for the benefit of all of you and he never asked for recognition, never
hoped for medals… as he did all these trainings and teaching just for
one,– the love of our Profession a perfect and standard Hospitality Industry in
and for Myanmar. To many generations and thousands of culinary experts from
Myanmar grew and learnt from his restless teaching at any corner of the whole
Myanmar Country. Setting up the first Mohingar Competition morning s at 5:00 am
at peoples park 1997 and was the last one to ensure all was cleared at best.
Never asked anything for this as it was and is for him the Ultimate Normal being
and working in the Hospitality Industry .
